Industrial Panels We offer two types of insulated door panel for industrial applications, and both types are manufactured using the same quality of materials as Kingspan Group Roof and Wall Panels, to ensure consistency of quality regardless of finish.

Complete doors incorporating Kingspan Door Panels are available from door manufacturers and distributors throughout Europe and beyond.

Kingspan FingerSafe Insulated Panels This panel product is designed with a fingersafe joint detail to prevent risk of injury during the movement of the panels. To comply with European Safety Standard EN 12604, this type must be used where the door height is below 2.5 metres.

Full Vision Profiles are available to complement and enhance our range of fingersafe panels.

Kingspan FingerSafe Technical Description

• The nose of the panel is fitted with an EPDM seal providing air and water tightness.
  
  
• Tapes are fitted to the panel sides.
  
  
• In order to ensure durable fixing of roller carriers and hinges into the panel, 2 reinforcement strips are installed.
  
  
• High quality steel offers high resistance against corrosion.

• Panel insulation is provided by polyurethane foam.
  
  
• Our panels are available in 2 standard heights: 500mm and 610mm.
  
  
• Thickness = 40mm.
  
  
• The outer face is available in Kingspan XL Forté™ and architectural polyester colour finishes.
  
  
• The standard finish of the liner face of our panels is V-grooved, stucco-embossed, RAL 9010.

Traditional Insulated Panels
for commercial and repair projects

This panel product is designed with a traditional joint detail which provides a high thermal performance compared with traditional roller shutter components. Panels can accept window apertures on single or multiple panels.

Traditional Technical Description

• The base of the panel incorporates a factory applied, low density, compressible foam seal.
  
  
• A PVC sealing tape is factory applied to the panel nose.
  
  
• High quality steel offers high resistance against corrosion.
  
  
• Panel insulation core is (nominal) 39mm and 79mm thick rigid polyurethane foam.
  
  
• Our panels are available in 2 standard heights: 500mm and 610mm.

• The outer face is available in Kingspan XL Forté™ and architectural polyester colour finishes.
  
  
• Both outer and inner faces are supplied in V-groove (T & G) design.
  
  
• In order to ensure durable fixing of roller carriers and hinges into the panel, 2 reinforcement strips are installed.
  
  
• The standard finish of the liner face of our panels is V-grooved, stucco-embossed, RAL 9010.
