Our 80 mm insulated door panels offer superior energy efficiency and low carbon emissions.

Standard door panels are available in a 40 mm thickness which provide an installed / complete door U-value of 0.9 W/m²K.
Also available is an 80 mm panel which delivers a significantly reduced installed / complete door U-value of 0.54 W/m²K.

• Available in 610 mm panel heights.

• Available in a Micro-Rib, V-groove Polyester Stucco Embossed or V-groove XL Forté Leathergrain embossed finish. The liner will be always V-groove white face.

• Available in our full industrial panel colour range (RAL 9010, RAL 9002 and RAL 9006 as standard – other colours on special request).

• Option : availability of White Food Safe laminate on special request and subject to minimum order volume

• A door with 80 mm panels can handle a temperature difference of 40 degrees.

Traditional Panel Joint

The 80 mm panel is only available with a traditional joint detail which provides a higher thermal performance compared with the 40 mm panel.
