Finger Pinch Protection

User/customer safety is a major concern of Kingspan Door Components and with the introduction of recent regulations in relation to sectional doors, we are happy to offer solutions that comply with all requirements of the new European Standard.

All our sections (industrial and residential) - are now equipped with finger pinch protection as standard.

                

Technical Description

• The nose of the panel is fitted with an EPDM seal providing air and water tightness.
  
  
• Tapes are fitted to the panel sides.
  
  
• In order to ensure durable fixing of roller carriers and hinges into the panel, 2 reinforcement strips are installed.
  
  
• High quality steel offers high resistance against corrosion.
  
  
• Panel insulation is provided by polyurethane foam.
  
  
• Our panels are available in 2 standard heights: 500mm and 610mm.
  
  
• Thickness = 40mm.
  
  
• The standard finish of the liner face of our panels is V-grooved, stucco-embossed, RAL 9010.
